Your use of Spini is governed by Apple’s Licensed Application End User License Agreement (EULA), together with the terms below.
Subscriptions
- Some features require a paid subscription. Prices and billing periods are shown in the app before you buy.
- Payment is charged to your Apple Account at confirmation of purchase.
- Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the end of the current period.
- If a free trial is offered, any unused portion is forfeited when you purchase a subscription.
- You can manage and cancel subscriptions in your Apple Account settings after purchase (on iPhone: Settings → your name → Subscriptions). Cancelling stops future renewals; access continues until the end of the period you paid for.
- Refunds are handled by Apple under its policies; you can request one at reportaproblem.apple.com.
Spini Pro subscription
- Spini Pro is an auto-renewable subscription with two plans in the same group: monthly and yearly. You can switch between them in your Apple Account subscription settings.
- The price and billing period are shown in the app before you buy. Payment is charged to your Apple Account at confirmation of purchase.
- Your subscription renews automatically at the end of each period unless you turn off auto-renew at least 24 hours before the period ends. Your account is charged for renewal within the 24 hours before the end of the current period.
- You can cancel at any time in your Apple Account settings (on iPhone: Settings → your name → Subscriptions). Cancelling stops future renewals; Spini Pro stays active until the end of the period you have paid for. There is no refund for the unused part of a period, except where Apple's policies or applicable law provide otherwise.
- If the price of your subscription changes, Apple notifies you in advance. Where Apple requires your consent to a price increase, your subscription does not renew at the new price unless you agree.
- When Spini Pro ends, nothing you made is locked or deleted: your wheels, options and history stay on your device and you can keep spinning, editing and sharing them within the free limits.
- If Family Sharing is enabled for Spini Pro, members of your Family Sharing group can use it too.
- You can restore your subscription at any time with “Restore Purchases” in the app, using the same Apple Account. Refunds are handled by Apple under its policies at reportaproblem.apple.com.
- The free version includes 10 wheel spins a day, reset at local midnight. Quick tools (coin flip, dice, random number, finger chooser) do not count toward this limit.
Fair results
Each spin result is chosen with the system’s secure random number generator, using only the weights you can see on the wheel. Spini is meant for fun and everyday choices; do not use it for gambling or for decisions where you need a certified random draw.
Acceptable use
Do not misuse the app, attempt to reverse engineer it, or use it for unlawful purposes.
