This policy explains how Spini (“the app”), published by Ahmet Gökdemir, handles your information.

Data we collect

We collect the following data, only for the purposes listed:

• Purchase history (through RevenueCat): To unlock your Spini Pro subscription on your devices, validate purchases and renewals, and see aggregate sales figures. It is tied to a random, anonymous app user ID, never to your name or email. Linked to you: no.

We do not require an account, we do not track you across apps or websites, and we do not sell data or share it with advertisers.

Data stored on your device

• Your wheels, options, spin history and settings are stored on your device and in your regular iCloud backup. There is no Spini account and no Spini server.
• Spini has no ads, no analytics and no tracking. It asks for no permissions (no location, camera, contacts or notifications).
• If you turn on iCloud sync (Spini Pro), your wheels are synced through your own private iCloud database. Only you can access it; we cannot see it. If your subscription ends, your wheels stay on your device.

Third-party services

• Apple (App Store, iCloud): Payments and subscriptions, and iCloud sync if you turn it on (privacy policy)
• RevenueCat: Managing your Spini Pro subscription (anonymous app user ID and purchase history; no personal data) (privacy policy)
• Cloudflare (hosts ahmetgokdemir.com): When the app opens it downloads a small file from our website that tells it whether a new version is available. The request contains no identifier; Cloudflare processes your IP address only to deliver the file; we do not log or store it (privacy policy)

Purchases

Payments are processed by Apple. We never receive your payment card details.

Children

The app is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect data from children.

Your rights

We do not run servers that hold your personal data, and the app has no account. Purchase records kept by our service providers are tied only to an anonymous app user ID; if you would like them deleted, email us and include the purchase receipt date. You can remove all app data stored on your device by deleting the app. For any privacy question, contact us at support@ahmetgokdemir.com.
